Forever garden.

A new installation inspired by the Chinese wallpaper at Temple Newsam. I created delicate elements in paper and arranged them in a layered configuration bringing to life some of the details and beautiful illustrations from the 17th century. The exhibition is open until Nov 2023. I simplified the designs since I didn’t have lots of time due to different jobs, and also because there was a large quantity of elements to cover. The frames where made out of wood and wire, and the florals, glued together and arranged in different plinths to add weight and volume to the piece.
