The City of Leeds (UK) is hosting the City of Culture events of 2023. Several events will be held in the city trough out the whole year as part of this celebration. Many venues will be opening exhibitions and art installations, including Tempe Newsham (An historic state in the city). On this occasion, I have been invited to produce a piece inspired by Lady Isabella Hertford amazing collage wallpaper, which she created during the 19th century at this location using first edition prints of birds from the Audubon society collection.
